HOW TO STAY MOTIVATED ALL TIME IN EVERY SITUATION


How we stay motivated? how to stay positive? what are the tool and techniques to get motivation? these question's are arising in many persons mind now a day's. They are good at the start of their work and slowly-slowly at the end BOOM, means their motivation goes out of window. they lack their confidence and focus and become lazy at their work.

Now we come back to point, motivation can generally be categorize into two section.

1) External Motivation: External motivation come's from external source's like people's, Television, YouTube video's, speaker's, etc. But remember this motivation  is not permanent, this motivation will remain until the external source's with you, when they go away then after sometime your motivation level goes down, because "No one work, until you start the work". If you watch a video on YouTube of motivational type or listen any motivational speaker, at that time your motivation level is higher but if you think that this same energy always remain with you and you plan to do excess things, i'm sorry to say my friend but it's not going to work and may be you loose your original energy. because any improvement need's "Macro patience and micro speed". i'm not saying that external motivation is not good, they work only when you work consistently, once you get kick then start your work, plan your day, analyze and improve your habits, identify the right people's, start from scratch. If you want improvement, then try to get motivation daily because "without bathing we not feel fresh like that without little motivation we are not going to work at our highest level". Get external motivation, make a plan and give specific time don't just scroll down again & again. One of the best way to get positive content from external source now a day's is, start listening podcast while you walking or driving instead of spending golden hours on white screen ( Excess game's, social media and unnecessary work ), keep earphones in your ear's and feed all time positive content to your brain and once you start this positive image will completely set up and there is no place for negativity. Because now you properly utilizing the resources you have and you can easily switch to your original energy and start putting 100% in your work and 0% in negative people and worrying about the thing's which are not in our control. REMEMBER "You are not going to become master in one day so first master the day and you experience drastic change's".

2) Internal Motivation: This type of motivation is strong and always remain with you because it start with you and you can access all of your potential whenever you want. But my friend this type of motivation hard to get, but possible and to get that you have to add emotion in every work you do, Emotion's may be of family or people's who need you. This emotion's act's as driving force driving force for you and gives you a 2'C ( Courage and Confidence ) to move forward without any support's of external resource's and now you have clearly defined your purpose and also find your "why" that why you are doing a particular work and by doing this what change's will happen? how it important and give benefit to your family? how it will be beneficial for the people who need's you?. Now you add emotion's to your work so it become your responsibility to do work with clear focus, concentration and with confidence, because now you not working only for yourself but also for other's who depend on you. This can change your belief instantly in a few minute's by visualizing a purpose and you start working at your highest level. This motivation always drive's you and force's you toward's your life goal's and give you strength in every situation no matter how the negativity outside you because " Nothing can dim the light which shine from within". Whenever you start any work give it to definite timeline because "When you shrink the time you increase the focus and when you increase the time your focus goes out of window". Now your mental pattern toward any situation is completely different and your thought process is also change, so you don't need any external resource's for motivation. Now you become auto-motivate person who has clear vision and mission and know what to do, how to do and when to do. Before going to bed and after waking up give yourself a 10 minute's and visualize your goal's and their importance and all important linked thing's. That all thing's will make a complete circle and you also know the real value of work.


Both source's are good, it depend on person to person. REMEMBER "You are the only one who responsible for your life, no one coming into your life to push you, you always have to push yourself. GO TO THE EDGE OF YOUR LIMIT AND EXPAND IT.
