HOW TO STAY HAPPY IN DAILY LIFE

1) Impression v/s Impact: Many people trying to impress one another but in real they are not happy in their real life. Impression will give you a happiness of short time after that with the time their effect goes down. People are trying to impress by wearing costly clothe's, watches, shoe's, etc. They want to show that they are happy and wealthy but in their deep side they know that that they are not happy and feel lonely. My friend real happiness is not in impression it is in impact. your word's, nature, behaviour, honesty and kindness have more impact over any person than any other thing. By that Their heart will open with full of respect for you and sometime this impact can be of long-lasting and people feel that you are important for them and they feel happy when you stay with them. This is the real happiness at zero cost and make you strong and you experience a hidden energy and know that your impact matter's. Show your kindness, show humanity, help to poor, giving food to the person which is at your door in your daily-life. You start experiencing that negativity has no more effect over you and all stress and negativity will released automatically. "Be the humblest person in every room you're in". you internally feel happy because "God will take care of the person who help other's". 

2) Set daily 3 small goal's: In this life you come alone, no one coming to help you or push you my friend NO ONE, you always have to push yourself and make yourself happy. In the day of 24 hours set daily 3 small goal's and set clear timeline for that and once you set time timeline for it, you make your path clear that how you have to proceed. By doing this daily your your growth graph will increase and in  every situation you feel happy because you already know how to deal with every situation and in the path of achieving daily goal, you have to put lot of effort's to achieve daily goals. But REMEMBER "Instead of trying to build a brick wall, lay a brick everyday, eventually you will look up and you will have a brick wall". Happiness come's from accomplishment motivate you and you start breaking your limitation and there is no place for worry and stress.                              "START UNKNOWN, FINISH UNFORGETTABLE".


3) Result v/s Process:  Some time expectation may hurt you. Many people measuring their happiness by end result's, mean's if they got whatever they want, they feel happy but if not they feel sad and get demotivated. My friends happiness is not in result's but it is in process, in which you accept challenge's, take risk, overcoming difficulties and by doing this we get to know our real value. To be happy you should always love the process and stick to the path and you start experiencing unbelievable result's. By process we learn lesson's, in case if you fail then whatever efforts you put in your previous process make you strong for another challenge  so whatever you do give your best and stop comparing the work by hard or easy. In the process their are many test for you, for analyzing you at every different stage and once you complete successfully you never remain same and always move forward without any fear because now you understand how to learn from process.  



4) Time for yourself: Now we have time for other people, social media but not have time to spend in isolation and remember good memories and think about goal's, plan's and enjoy the beauty of nature. "We are not busy as we think, we busy because we make thing's complicated. Give yourself a 10-15 minute's everyday in which no work, no disturbance only peace. By doing this you start recharging yourself and get to know that without you no one going to do work for you, so you have to take care yourself and prepare yourself for every situation. Give thanks to the thing's and resources you have, give thanks to the people you have. Never complain, always be grateful. REMEMBER"HAPPINESS IS NOT IN THINGS, HAPPINESS IS IN US"
